I’ve had a severe self-harm issue for three years

For every person that reblogs this, I’ll write down your url, put all the urls in a jar, and pick one out every time I feel the urge to cut. Seeing that someone out there cares about me is enough to keep me from doing it just that once. Please help me stop, it’s hard to do by myself.

Of course we’ll help out. It’s terrible what you’re going through but we all care and best of luck with the recovery.
